Terms and Conditions

1. The price of the retreat will be £149 until 20th November, after which, the price will increase to £169.
2. Payments are non-refundable.
3. You will be required to commit to the full duration of the retreat, unless agreed otherwise with the Prophetic Path admins.
4. Payment must be made prior to the retreat commencing and your place will not be confirmed without full payment.
5. Participants who cause a disturbance to the retreat may be asked to leave the premises at the discretion of the Prophetic Path admins.
6. No participants under the age of 16 will be permitted to attend alone. Attendees aged 12-16 will be permitted to attend with a parent or guardian.
7. All accommodation will be segregated by gender. Men and women will be on separate floors of Ingestre Hall.
8. Photos and videos will be taken for promotional purposes. Participants should inform the admins if they do not wish to be included in any promotional materials.
9. Bedrooms will be communal and allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Unless you have booked via a group booking or you have informed us of who you wish to share a room with we cannot change your room allocation during the retreat.
10. You must inform us of any allergies prior to the retreat. Please note that we can cater for allergy requirements but we cannot accommodate for any dietary preferences.
11. By proceeding to the next section of this form, you have consented to the above terms and conditions.
12. Prophetic Path accepts no liability for any loss, injury, damage, or personal belongings lost or damaged during the retreat, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
